what i love about photographing weddings or even attending them, is that you are constantly reminded of love and the promise of sharing it with someone forever.

6 years ago, i married a man on the beach where we met. marriage for me has been a whirlwind of fun-filled adventure, sweet companionship, trying moments, difficult obstacles and overwhelming love. all of which could not have been enjoyed, experianced or overcome without his strong hand in mine.

watching my couples begin their lives together is such a sweet way for me to be reminded of our beginning and how it felt to say i do. today we celebrate another year with each other, a true blessing and complete victory.
